Please ensure you are first registered with the centre via online registration and that you are signing up for the correct payment (Member Adult £48 / Member Concession £42).

Direct Debit payments are taken on the first of each month. Your confirmation of direct debit mandate will confirm your first payment date. If you wish to visit the centre before this you will need to continue to pay single entry on each visit up to date of first payment.

Our direct debit is a rolling contract with a minimum 12 month term. We do have a pause option available for 1-3 months for injury illness or change of circumstance. This can be used once in the 12 month period by emailing us directly(*). After 12 months your subscription will continue automatically but if you wish you can cancel (*) at anytime after this 12 month period by emailing the centre : boulderworld@gmail.com

*Please note if the subscription is cancelled less than 5 days before the end of the month, the following months payment will be taken automatically by ‘GoCardless’.
